Directions: The complex is located in the City of Waldport, Oregon, at the corner of Grant and Mill Streets,
adjacent to the bay.
Vandehaven by the Bay Apartments have (4) studio and fourteen (14) one bedroom apartments.
One bedroom apartment is wheelchair accessible.
Eligibility
You must be income eligible to be qualified to live at Vandehaven-by-the-Bay.
Maximum allowable income limits are based on the number of people that will occupy the apartment.

Rental Process
To qualify for these apartments you must be either:
- 58 or older and income eligible - OR -
- Income eligible and disabled

To be placed on the waiting list, please complete an application and return it to the Housing Authority of Lincoln County at the above address. An incomplete application will delay the verification process. Don't forget to sign it!
