A variety of rental assistance programs are available. Each program has its own unique income eligibility
requirements, application and waiting list, and prospective tenant screening processes.
No Application Fee
We do not charge an application fee for any of our assisted housing programs.

an informed decision on which programs may fit your need. It is important that you keep HALC
updated on your correct mailing address during your waiting time since you will only be notified by
mail when assistance is available.
Program Requirements
All programs have:
Some type of income eligibility requirement and screening process.
Each program may vary in the amount of income you may have in order to qualify.
Each program has its own waiting list.
You can apply for more than one type of housing assistance program and be on several waiting lists.
Some programs are also only available to low income persons who are elderly (age 58 or over) or who are disabled.
The Housing Authority of Lincoln County does not discriminate on the basis of
