Fisterra Gardens a 25-unit low income tax credit rental property was completed at the end of July in the City of
Yachats. The property consists of 8 one-bedroom units and 17 two-bedroom units. The property will also have an
on-site laundry and community room. One of the units will house an on-site property manager. The rents
for all units have been reduced through financial subsidies and are set at a lower-than-market rent level to
maintain affordability. The property will be managed by the Housing Authority of Lincoln County.
